TORBAY CROQUET CLUB

The club plays on lawns laid out in front of Oldway Mansion, to the west of Torquay, which houses the Paignton and Devon Council offices. The club has the use of the facilities in the Mansion, including a cafe open six days a week from Sunday to Friday. Visitors to the club are able to use the large car park provided for visitors to the Mansion and Gardens.

The club has three lawns, one of which is not quite full size, which are open from the beginning of May to the middle of September. In the season beginners and newcomers are especially welcome on Tuesday and Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons, when coaching is given.

The club plays in the Federation leagues and friendly matches and organises internal club competitions. The club plays association and golf croquet.
